Come home to yourself.
Many people come to hypnotherapy with a specific challenge in mind, but what most of my clients discover is that the change they experience reaches so much further.

Has something in life stopped feeling as though it fits? Perhaps sleep has become difficult. Or anxiety is showing up more frequently than you'd like. You may have noticed that your confidence seems to disappear when you need it most.
My clients describe feeling calmer, clearer and more connected with themselves. They don't really talk about the problem that has been resolved. They talk about returning to who they are, now that the noise has stopped.
At Belief Dynamics, I combine evidence-informed hypnotherapy, behavioural psychology and neuroscience to help people experience themselves differently. When that happens, meaningful change often follows naturally.
What brings
you here?
Start with whatever feels closest to you.
Change that feels natural, not forced
1. I listen
Every person is different. I take time to understand what has been happening and what matters most to you.
2. We make sense of it together
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we'll explore the experiences, patterns and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.
3. We create change together
Using evidence-informed hypnotherapy, behavioural psychology and practical tools, I help you experience yourself differently so change feels natural rather than forced.
I've always been fascinated by the same question
How do experiences change us? After more than thirty years helping people change behaviour through healthcare communications, I trained as a hypnotherapist to work with that question directly.
Today I bring together evidence-informed hypnotherapy, behavioural psychology and neuroscience with that lifelong curiosity about change:
- HPD Level 4 Clinical Hypnotherapist
- Registered with the NCH, BSCH and CNHC
- 30+ years in healthcare communications
My qualifications matter, but clients rarely talk about them. They talk about feeling understood, feeling safe, and gradually rediscovering the version of themselves they thought had been lost.
Read Melissa's storyRemembering who they are
"She helped me reconnect with myself, reminding me of who I am beneath the mid-life noise and what's important. A renewed sense of clarity, confidence and inner peace."
"I've noticed a real difference in how I think, respond to situations, and approach life in general. If you're looking for support to make lasting positive changes, I'd highly recommend it."
"It unlocks a unique way of thinking that leaves you feeling less restricted by your thoughts. Like opening a door to parts of your mind you didn't realise were there."
Why escape your life for ten minutes, when you can return to it differently?
MindSpa is a collection of immersive audio experiences carefully designed to allow your mind and body to settle and reconnect. Some experiences help you relax. Some help you sleep. Some help you think more clearly. Others simply give you space to pause in the middle of a busy day.
Every experience teaches us something. So whatever you choose to listen to, when you allow your mind to discover something in its own time, a different understanding of yourself can naturally emerge.
