Helping people come home to themselves
Belief Dynamics isn't about fixing you. It's about helping you find your way back to yourself. Every specific issue, sleep, anxiety, confidence, a habit, is a different way in to the same underlying experience.
Why do some experiences change us, while others don't?
I spent more than thirty years helping people change behaviour through healthcare communications, before training as a hypnotherapist.
I've always been fascinated by that same question. Today I bring together evidence-informed hypnotherapy, behavioural psychology and neuroscience with that lifelong curiosity about change.
My qualifications matter, I hold the HPD Level 4 qualification and am registered with the NCH, BSCH and CNHC, but clients rarely talk about the qualifications. They talk about feeling understood, feeling safe, and gradually rediscovering the version of themselves they thought had been lost.

Grounded in how the mind actually learns
Our minds are constantly learning from experience. Sometimes all we need is a different kind of experience. For clients who've tried other things, or who were sceptical to begin with, it's often the neuroscience behind the work, explained plainly, that makes them willing to try at all.
