Hypnotherapy for children and teens
Worry, low confidence, broken sleep and exam nerves can weigh heavily on young shoulders. Hypno4Children™ MINDHACK™ gives children and teenagers gentle, playful tools to feel calmer, braver and more themselves, in a warm space in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, or online. And it starts with a free 30-minute consultation for you and your child.

Big feelings, gently untangled
Children and teens feel things deeply, but they do not always have the words or tools to manage them. MINDHACK™ gives them both, in a way that feels more like a game than therapy.
Using stories, imagination and simple techniques, we help young people understand their own minds and discover that they can change how they feel. It is empowering, age-appropriate and, importantly, enjoyable, so children look forward to sessions rather than dreading them.
- Worry, anxiety and overwhelm at home or school
- Low confidence, shyness and self-belief
- Trouble sleeping, settling or switching off
- Exam nerves and performance pressure
How MINDHACK™ sessions work
Every child is different, so we keep things flexible, playful and led by what your young person needs. Here is the gentle rhythm of it.
We get to know them
A relaxed, friendly start where your child feels safe and heard. With you nearby, we learn what is on their mind and what they would love to feel instead.
We make it fun
Through stories, imagination and easy games, children learn how their mind works and pick up simple MINDHACK™ tools they can use whenever big feelings show up.
They take the tools home
Your child leaves with techniques and, where helpful, a recording, so calm and confidence keep growing between sessions, at home and at school.

Support for local children, close to home
Our practice sits at 82c High Street in the heart of Harpenden, a short walk from the station and easy to reach for families in St Albans, Wheathampstead, Redbourn and across Hertfordshire. We know how much pressure children and teens are under between school, exams and busy family life, and we are proud to offer a calm, friendly place where local young people can learn to feel better. When getting to us is tricky around school runs and clubs, online sessions work beautifully too.
